A modern farmhouse inspired cabin in the Gatlinburg Falls Parkview community designed for families traveling together that enjoy the creature comforts of home and a smart design aesthetic (upgraded winter '20). An easy drive just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg up gradual hills (not steep twisty drives like other cabins) along all paved roads that will immediately surprise you with glorious Smoky Mountain Views from all directions (including a Space Needle peek from our entry deck). Four master bedrooms all with private en-suite bathrooms and an entire gaming floor including a dedicated 9 person theater! LIVING SPACE: Our great room is on the main entry level and has a full size extended dining table with comfortable seating for at least 10. Additional seating is easily available at the island in the adjacent kitchen. The living room has a large sofa, a loveseat and and two side chairs arranged around the safe electric fireplace, 55" 4K Smart TV, blu-ray player and Sonos Beam Soundbar speaker. COOKING SPACE: The extra-large kitchen has a full size refrigerator and freezer, electric range/oven, microwave, dishwasher and sink with garbage disposal. There is ample storage made available during your stay so you can stock up easily and cook for your friends and family inside or out (large charcoal grill available directly next to our entry deck). GAMING SPACE: We're pleased to offer many fun games and activities during your stay. Grab a drink from the dedicated beverage cooler next to the leather pull-out couch and challenge a friend to any of the great games. We've outfitted the game floor with incredible creature comforts including head-to-head Pop-A-Shot basketball, full size regulation pool table, air hockey, chess/checkers table, full-size Multicade arcade game with 20+ arcade classics, 65" 4K Smart TV with cable and streaming choices. Directly next to the open gaming space you'll find a 9-person, stadium seating theater complete with a projected 125" screen and Dolby Digital THX Surround Sound. Watch a dizzying array of movies from our private Plex media server or stream from one of the many services available for access including Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and more. Directly outside on the game floor deck you'll find our new 7 person hot tub with an incredible view of the Great Smoky Mountains and additional rocking chairs for relaxing. SLEEPING SPACE: We've outfitted all bedrooms to maximize you privacy, comfort and conveniences. House Rules

- Gatlinburg Falls Parkview Resort has quiet hours are from 11-8 Sun-Thurs and 12-8 Fri-Sat. Any fines resulting from violation are guests responsibility. - Booking guest must be 25+ - In accordance to requirements or rules by our HOA/insurance/local laws/building security, confirmation of booking requires a signed rental agreement (sent via SignNow) including guest names, ages and relation to responsible/booking guest and copy of government issued ID for responsible/booking guest with a physical address. Guest must complete within 48 hours of issuance. Language of agreement is listed below. - Stated occupancy and registered occupants in the rental agreement will be the maximum occupancy allowed. Violations of this will result in immediate eviction by County Sheriff with no refund. - No smoking allowed on entire property - violations will incur an additional minimum deep cleaning fee of $300. - No animals on property or within the community - violations will incur an additional minimum deep cleaning fee of $500 and potential fines from the community. - Guest acknowledges that there are certain risks associated with bunk beds. Use of the bunk beds and ladders to access bunk beds is at the user’s own risk, and Owner will be held harmless and not be responsible for any injuries. - Guest acknowledges that there are certain risks associated with hot tubs. Use of the hot tub is at the user’s own risk, and Owner will be held harmless and not be responsible for any injuries. - Movement of any furniture or damage to the Property or furnishings in excess of normal wear and tear will be charged to Guest at a minimum of $250.00. - Do not block, disable or otherwise tamper with security systems, including alarm, camera, smoke detectors and any internet appliances. Rental Rules & Restrictions. GUEST agrees to abide by the following restrictions by MANAGER and community (the “Rules”) and are subject to fines of minimum $500 per violation and/or prosecution. Smoking is not permitted on the Property (inside or outside). Violations are for deep cleaning. Animals or pets are not permitted on the Property or in the community. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00AM (Sun-Thurs), 11:00PM to 8:00AM (Fri-Sat). Please keep any music and outdoor conversations at a minimal volume so as not to be audible by neighbors. This is particularly important during the evening hours. Please respect the neighbors as noise carries easily. We may employ active noise detection technology to monitor excessive noise and alert GUESTs to violations. Garbage/Recycling must be removed from the home and securely placed in the indicated bins/corrals No dyes, bubbles or oils are permitted to be used in the hot tub/pool. Hot tub must be covered when not in use. No glitter is to be used at the home. Fireworks, fires in the fireplace and firearms are all prohibited on and around the property. DO NOT FEED WILDLIFE! This includes geese, bear, squirrels, deer, ducks, etc. GUEST agrees to all rules for themselves and their complete party. If any person in the Rental Party fails to follow any of the Rules, the Rental Party may be asked to vacate the Property and GUEST will forfeit all rent paid. GUEST is not permitted to alter the wiring of any television, computer, internet, audio system or gaming equipment. GUEST agrees not to cover/obscure or disable any security devices or cameras and will be subject to immediate removal and termination of rental if violated. GUEST is not permitted to enter any locked areas of the property including the crawlspace or locked MANAGER’s closet. If any person in the Rental Party fails to follow any of the Rules, the Rental Party may be asked to vacate the Property and GUEST will forfeit all rent paid. Unlike many cabins that have views, you'll have an easy drive (winter or summer) getting to Up the Ante TN. Gradual rising roads (all fully paved and serviced by the city of Gatlinburg) take you from the Parkway to our home in less than 5 minutes. Visiting downtown Gatlinburg couldn't be easier with a 6 minute drive to arrive at the strip (with two ways to access). Pigeon Forge (including the famous Dollywood park) is less than 18 minutes away.

We had an AMAZING time at Up the Ante TN. Gorgeous views, relaxing spaces, and plenty of room for everyone to hangout and relax. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with en-suite bathrooms - a must for a family of 6! Close to lots of great attractions and easy access to hiking trails at Smoky Mountain National Park. Loved our stay!

We had an amazing stay at our Airbnb in Gatlinburg! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The cabin was absolutely perfect—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed during our trip. The views were incredible and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect getaway. The location was great—close enough to enjoy everything Gatlinburg has to offer but still quiet and private. The host was very friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Overall, it was the perfect place for our trip and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Gatlinburg! 🏔️✨

We had a fabulous family trip. The house was convenient to the Parkway in Gatlinburg and only 15 minutes to Pigeon Forge. The community felt very safe. We had 8 people and the cabin was spacious with room for everyone to relax. It was very clean and well equipped. What stood out the most was the excellent communication from start to finish. Whitney and Anthony were in constant communication and immediately responded to all of our questions. Our family will always choose to stay with them again if they have availability. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Less than 6 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg you'll easily get around in your car or check out the inexpensive Gatlinburg trolley with a stop 4 minutes from Up the Ante TN. Using the trolley will allow you to experience all of downtown easily and without any parking hassles.
